Private equity
Our Private Equity follows a 7 step process: Identifying, Analyzing, Valuing, Negotiating, Structuring, Developing, Growing ..... With no plan of exiting!
- We look for family owned and operated businesses in the Midwest and South
- We target companies in Warehousing, Niche Manufacturing, Home Services and Logistics
- We value investing in current employees and operations as we build a strategy to grow
- We look for companies with $1 million to $50 million in revenue/year, strong management, founder dependent, scalable unmet market potential
- We have a comprehensive analysis that includes legal, intellectual property, financial, competition, customers/partners and management team
- We know it is a delicate process and we like to cover all basis and be as transparent as possible with the process. We enjoy working closely with owners during the process. We understand this has been their life's work and pay the respect that is due!
Real estate
Our core Real Estate goal is to maximize our return on invested capital through value add single and multi family residential properties in the Midwest and South.
- We look to maintain ongoing capital efficiency after acquisition by setting target return on equity benchmarks which are achieved through strategically leveraging mortgage refinances
- We look to achieve 15% annualized cash on cash return, rent of 1.2% of property value and cash flow per door of at least $200

Our options trading focuses on four main principles:
